By accessing our website, submitting service requests, scheduling appointments, or purchasing a maintenance plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. Las Vegas Handyman 702 operates in Henderson, Nevada and provides services throughout Clark County.
1. Services
We provide residential and commercial handyman services including painting, drywall, flooring, carpentry, custom closets, TV mounting, deck/fence staining, and maintenance subscription plans. We do not provide licensed electrical or plumbing services and will refer you to appropriate licensed specialists for those needs.
2. Estimates & Quotes
All estimates are free and provided without obligation. Estimates are not final quotes until confirmed in writing. Actual costs may vary with scope changes or unforeseen conditions. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Emergency services may incur additional fees disclosed before work begins.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due after job completion to your satisfaction. We accept credit cards (Square), cash, checks, and electronic transfers. Projects exceeding $500 in materials may require a 50% deposit. Invoices unpaid after 30 days may incur a 1.5%/month late fee. Nevada sales tax applies to materials.
4. Maintenance Plan Subscriptions
- Essential Plan — $45/month: Bi-annual visits, 5% labor discount, priority scheduling
- Premium Care Plan — $99/month: Quarterly visits + 2hrs labor, 10% discount
- Estate Concierge — $219/month: Monthly sweeps, same-day emergency, 15% discount
Plans bill monthly via Square. Cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period. No partial-month refunds. Membership discounts apply to labor only, excluding materials and emergency fees.
5. Scheduling & Cancellation
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations on large jobs may incur up to a $75 fee. If our technician cannot access your property and cannot reach you within 15 minutes, a missed appointment fee may apply.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Report any workmanship issues within 48 hours of job completion (7 days for Estate Concierge members) and we will return to make it right at no charge. The guarantee covers workmanship and materials — it excludes pre-existing damage, customer alterations, and normal wear and tear.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the specific service in question within the prior 12 months. Report any property damage within 24 hours of the service date. We are fully licensed and insured in Nevada.
8. Property & Access
You represent that you own or are authorized to allow work on the property. Please provide safe access, remove fragile or valuable items, secure pets, and disclose any known hazards (asbestos, lead, mold) or HOA restrictions before work begins.
9. Dispute Resolution
Contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. Unresolved disputes proceed to mediation in Clark County, Nevada. You agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class action. Nevada law governs these terms.
